Kansas City goalkeeper Jimmy Nielsen has done it again, snatching up his 6th NAPA MLS Save of the Week Award. Which can only mean one thing... Wizards fans are the MLS equivalent of American Idol voters OR everyone is onto the fact that The White Puma is one of the league's best net-minders.
I'm leaning towards the later. Not that I don't believe in you the Wizards fans. I just think that, if Nielsen won because of ballot-box stuffing, former 'keeper Kevin Hartman would have finished second, no? (The thinking? For every 7 votes for Nielsen, 1 would go to El Gato.)Read more The Full 90
