Wizards coach Peter Vermes was arrested Aug. 24 in Gardner for driving under the influence.According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, Vermes was arrested at 12:06 a.m. and taken to jail. He posted $750 bond and was later released. He was stopped on the 900 block of E.
