Hope stays afloat for Truman yacht repairs

The former president’s yacht, the USS Williamsburg, has had one tow line in the grave for 20 years, about as long as it has been deteriorating at a shipyard in northern Italy. Defense appears ahead of offense after week two of Chiefs’ offseason program

Week two of offseason practice for the Chiefs concluded with the end of Thursday’s session. Counting an April mini-camp, the Chiefs have now had nine full-squad practices and coach Andy Reid said he was pleased at how far they have come. The defense, which has been relentless with its pressure, appears to be ahead of the offense.

‘Epic’ isn’t epic, but it is gorgeous | 3 stars

The action sequences are frequent and exceptional, from zooming aerial battles to comedic chases involving Bomba’s three-legged pet pug. It’s also one of the year’s most visually distinctive movies. All this is thrilling enough to divert viewers from the formulaic elements.
