WASHINGTON | Senate Democrats sparred Sunday over how to fix the health care system, with moderates threatening to scuttle legislation if their demands aren’t met and more liberal members warning party leaders not to bend. The dispute foretells of a rowdy floor debate beginning next week on legislation that would extend health care coverage to roughly 31 million more Americans.
